Legways policies currently apply to customers and visitors in the United States.
These Terms of Service govern use of the Legways platform at legways.systems, including business onboarding, dashboard access, support, operational tools, add-ons, account security workflows, and related platform services for approved tenants and their business fronts.
In these terms, a "tenant" means a business account approved to use the Legways platform. A tenant may operate one or more business fronts, dashboards, or connected services through Legways.
A "business front" means the customer-facing website, ordering flow, or branded online presence connected to an approved tenant (including restaurant fronts, storefronts, and other vertical-specific experiences). A "platform workspace" means the Legways-managed environment used for account onboarding, administration, support, and platform security on legways.systems.
Legways provides business front management, online ordering, dashboard access, onboarding, support, add-on, and operational tooling for approved tenants.
Platform access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when onboarding is incomplete, manual review is pending, account security cannot be verified, or your use violates our policies.
Business applications submitted on legways.systems are reviewed before a live tenant is provisioned. Access to platform features, workspaces, and live business fronts is granted only upon approval and completion of the onboarding process.
We may request additional information, proof of business legitimacy, or direct contact before approving an application.
You must provide accurate registration and business details, maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify Legways of any suspected or actual unauthorized access to your account or workspace.
Account access, authentication, and credential verification for tenants and authorized staff may be managed through designated third-party identity providers. To protect the platform, tenants, and business front data, we or our authentication providers may require multi-factor authentication, email verification, account recovery verification, session revocation, device restrictions, or temporary account suspension.
Tenants are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account, including actions taken by any staff members, contractors, or secondary users granted access to their platform workspace.
To provide customer support, maintain system integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure platform security, authorized Legways personnel may access tenant workspaces through administrative tooling. Such access is strictly limited to necessary operational and support functions and does not grant unrestricted visibility into all underlying third-party credentials, accounts, or services. All administrative sessions are logged and governed by internal security controls.
Certain platform features rely on integrated third-party payment processors and connected-account services. Payment activation, processor onboarding, and identity verification may be required before live transaction processing is enabled for any business front.
Platform, processing, and connected-account fees apply according to your active tier, selected services, and the pricing terms disclosed during onboarding or workspace setup.
Paid add-ons are billed on recurring 30-day cycles. If an add-on fee is unpaid, outstanding balances remain due. Certain add-ons may enter a temporary grace period, followed by a restricted-access or read-only state pending account resolution.
For optional services, feature add-ons, or media storage, existing configurations and public-facing content across your business fronts may remain active during a designated grace period while unpaid balances accrue. During this period, administrative access to add-on features may be restricted or limited to read-only or delete-only modes, and associated data or assets may subsequently be scheduled for deactivation or removal if balances remain unresolved.
We maintain support workflows, system security logs, onboarding records, session and device telemetry, and operational audit trails to operate the platform, investigate technical issues, prevent fraudulent activity, and enforce security policies.
Administrative actions, maintenance events, and support interventions performed for security, system recovery, or platform integrity are logged, monitored, and audited under internal security controls.
Platform services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features, add-ons, onboarding criteria, or operational policies at any time to maintain system reliability, security, or compliance.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will provide notice of material updates through the platform workspace or via email. Continued access to or use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For information about how Legways collects, uses, stores, and protects platform data, review our Privacy Policy. Customer-facing terms and policies for individual business fronts are established by each tenant and handled separately on their respective sites.
